02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
06 - 1 garlic clove, minced
07 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

04 - Wrap the corn tightly in foil, sealing the ends securely to prevent steam leaks.
05 - Place foil-wrapped corn on the grill, cover, and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with light char marks.
06 - Carefully remove from grill and rest for 1 minute. Unwrap, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired, and squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
